INGREDIENTS:**
g Raspberries, raw
g Apples, cooking, raw, flesh only, peeled
g Sultanas
g Almonds, toasted
g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
g Suet, shredded
g Cinnamon, ground
g Lo-Dough Bases
ml MCT Oil
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
Directions:
1 mix the truvia, cinnimon, raspberries, greated apple, almonds, suet, sultans, in a bowl
2 cut the lo dough using a cookie cutter to fit your muffin tin 1 top 1 bottom (slightly bigger then your tin) brush both with the mct oil and place the bottom into the tin
3 spoon the filling into the case and place on the top
5 bake at 170oc for 10/12 minutes
6 serve warm with the double cream
