INGREDIENTS:**
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Almonds, toasted
 ml MCT Oil

Directions:

1 brush the mct oil onto a sheet of baking paper
2 in a pan add 4 tablespoons of water and over med heat add the sweetener bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes
3 add the almonds and stir and pour onto the lined sheet allow to cool
4 break up and eat as it is store in a air tight tin
