mct jelly fat bombs

INGREDIENTS:**
g Water, distilled
ml MCT Oil
g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
Directions:
1 in a jug add the sugar free jelly powder then add 20mls of boiling water stir to dissolve,
2 sprinkle over the psyllium husk with a whisk stir to combine the mixture will thicken as you whisk
3 add the mct oil and whisk into the thickened jelly
4 pour into molds and place in the fridge until set
5 remove from the molds and sprinkle over granulated sweetener place into mini muffin cases
