baked eggs

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive
 g Spam (HCP added*)
 g Asparagus, boiled in unsalted water
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Eggs, quail, whole, raw

Directions:

1 in a small ramekin place the cream and ketocal then place on the egg  bake in the oven 160oc for 10 minutes
2 steam the asparagus until tender 
3 cut the spam into fingers and fry in the olive oil until golden
4 serve the egg and dip in the spam and asparagus fingers
