mct syrup

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml MCT Oil
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Lemon peel
 g Cloves, dried

Directions:

1 in a jar place the lemon/orange peel, cinnamon stick and gloves 
2 in a pan heat the mct oil and sweetener until dissolved
3 pour into the jar and allow to cool store in cool place until needed
4 the syrup can be take as it or drizzled over pancakes and waffles or added to smoothies or drinks
