keto meringues

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
 g hoosiel hill farm icing sweetener
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 in a very clean bowl whisk the egg whites to soft peaks then add the sweetener slowly whisking all the time till the meringue is stiff peaks.
3 spoon in the meringue onto a lined baking sheet,
4 place in a 150oc oven for 10 minutes then turn the oven off and allow the meringue to dry out overnight,
5 store in an airtight container, or you can freeze until needed for 3 months,
