cooked breakfast blend 3.1

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Water, distilled
 g Oil, olive
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

1 in a frying pan heat the oil over med/low heat, chop the mushrooms and fry in the oil
2 whisk the egg then add to the pan scramble the eggs until until soft allow to cool slightly
3 add everything to the blender and blend until smooth
4 add the water and re-blend
