stir fried rice

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 ml MCT Oil
 g slim sticky rice
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw

Directions:

1 fry the chopped onion. mushroom, pepper in the mct oil over med/low heat
2 in a small bowl whisk the egg and ketocal and season with slat and pepper 
3 add the rice and fry for 1 minute using a wooden spoon to break up the rice
4 add the egg mixture and stir until everything is combined and the egg has scrambled and coated  the rice
5 serve hot 
great as a side dish or on its own you can also eat this rice dish cold as a salad
