snack roasted nuts

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Brazil nuts, kernel only
 g Pecan nuts, kernel only
 g Rosemary, dried
 g Hazelnuts, kernel only
 g Paprika
 ml MCT Oil
 g Almonds, flaked (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 in a bowl place all the nuts, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle over the paprika and rosemary 
2 add the mct oil and stir everything so it well coated in the oil and spices
3 place on a baking tray and place in a pre heated 170oc oven 
4 after 5 minutes turn and mix the nuts around and place back for another 5 minutes
6 allow to cool on the tray and store in an air- tight jar until needed
