Scrambled egg, avocado and bean meal - HOH 06.09.24

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Baked beans, Heinz, reduced sugar and salt (HCP added*)

Directions:

1. Whisk a raw egg and weigh 23g. Add 5ml double cream. Cook over a low heat on the hob, stirring until cooked.

2. Serve with baked beans and sliced avocado with mayonnaise on the side
