INGREDIENTS:**
 ml MCT Oil
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Haddock, flesh only, smoked, raw
 g Parsley, dried
 g Coriander leaves, dried
 g Curry powder
 g Turmeric, ground
 ml Betaquik (HCP added*)

Directions:

Heat the oil in a pan, add the cauliflower, mushrooms and spring onions and fry for 3 minutes.
Add the haddock, turmeric, parsley, coriander and curry powder, betaquik and cook for 25 minutes until the liquid reduces.
