tomato juice

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Tomato juice
 ml MCT Oil
 g Salt
 g Pepper, black
 g Apples, eating, raw, flesh and skin
 g Lemon juice, fresh

Directions:

1 place everything into a food processor and pulse until you a smooth consistence
2 pour into a glass with lots of ice 
3 you can make this drink and freeze until needed ( pour into ice cube trays so its easy to blend)
4 once frozen you can turn into a slushy
