Chicken Curry AP 21.06

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Oil, olive
g Chicken, light meat, raw
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw
g Tomato puree
g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
g Garlic puree
g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
g Curry powder
g Water, distilled
ml Liquigen
Directions:
- Place oil in saucepan and heat, add chicken, mushroom, pepper, tomato puree, spring onion and garlic puree and cook on medium heat for 10 mins.
- Add chopped tomatoes, curry powder and water, cook for another 10 mins on low heat.
- Mix KetoCal and Liquigen into curry (do not boil) and serve immediately.
Can be served with a small/regular sized portion of a 'free food'
