Chicken Curry AP 21.06

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive
 g Chicken, light meat, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw
 g Tomato puree
 g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
 g Garlic puree
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Curry powder
 g Water, distilled
 ml Liquigen

Directions:

  1. Place oil in saucepan and heat, add chicken, mushroom, pepper, tomato puree, spring onion and garlic puree and cook on medium heat for 10 mins.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, curry powder and water, cook for another 10 mins on low heat.
  3. Mix KetoCal and Liquigen into curry (do not boil) and serve immediately.

Can be served with a small/regular sized portion of a 'free food'
