onion bhaji

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Onions, raw
 g Coconut flour, groovy food (HCP added*)
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Turmeric, ground
 g Paprika
 g Oil, olive
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)

Directions:

1 slice the onion and spring onion thinly place into a bowl 
2 add the flour, egg, ketocal spices and season with slat and pepper set aside to stand for 10 minutes 
3 divide the oil into a muffin tray, then spoon in the onion mixture bake at 170oc for 15 minutes until golden 
4 serve warm 
great with curry or with a dip for a party buffet
