INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lo-Dough Bases
 g Butter, salted
 g Salt
 g Pepper, black

Directions:

1 cut the lo-dough base with a cookie cutter any size you like 
2 heat the butter over low heat until foaming then add the cut out lo-dough circles fry on both sides until golden 
3 drain and season with salt and pepper as soon as they come out the pan 
4 serve at room temp
