INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Liquigen
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Cheese, Feta
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water

Directions:

add all ingredients to a blender add water , around 100ml then blend until smooth
