pancake nut free recipe

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
g fiber flour (HCP added*)
g Oil, olive
Directions:
1 in a bowl whisk the ketocal powder, fiber flour, barkat baking powder, and ketocal LQ to a smooth batter
2 heat the oil in a frying pan over med/low heat once hot add spoonful's of the batter into the pan fry for a few minutes on the first side once the bottom has set and golden flip over
3 remove from the pan and allow to cool wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 3 months until needed
4 re-heat in a microwave for 30 seconds or place in a toaster on re-heat
