Cauliflower Cheese EY 07.02.22

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Oil, olive
 g Sweetcorn, baby, canned, drained
 g Water, distilled
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Cauliflower, raw
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 160°C/gas mark 2/32. Boil cauliflower for 5 mins, strain and placein an ovenproof dish3. Place oil, cream, KetoCal 3:1, 4g cheeseand water in a small pan4. Stir on a low heat until cheese has melted(do not boil)5. Cover cauliflower with cheese sauce andsprinkle remaining cheese on top6. Cook in the oven for 6 mins. Serve with sweetcorn.
