INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Liquigen
 g Ham, gammon joint, boiled
 g Beans, green/French, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
 g Oil, olive
 g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water

Directions:

cook and ad all ingredients to a blender, add water to you desire the serve into a bowl
