warm radish and feta salad

INGREDIENTS:**
g Radish, red, raw, flesh and skin
g Cheese, Feta
g Lettuce, average, raw
g Oil, olive
g Mustard powder
g Lemon juice, fresh
Directions:
cut the radish in half using a sharp knife then toss with half the olive oil and season with salt pepper place on a baking sheet and roast at 170oc for 25 minutes until soft
in a small bowl mix the mustard powder, lemon juice with the rest of the oil whisk together to make a dressing again season to taste
rip the lettuce into small bite size pieces add to a bowl crumble in the feta and add the warm radishes pour over dressing and combine well
serve warm or at room temp
