Cod n squash meal

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Liquigen
 g Cod, flesh only, steamed
 g Spinach, baby, boiled in unsalted water
 g Oil, coconut
 g Squash, butternut, baked

Directions:

Bake squash in oven alongside the fish wrapped in foil to steam. Boil the spinach,  once cooked all all to the blender and blend until smooth with added water and serve
