Roast chicken n veg

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Liquigen
 g chicken breast oven baked (HCP added*)
 g Aubergine, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water

Directions:

Place chicken in oven and roast, while that's cooking boil your vegetables.  Once everything is soft and cooked weigh out and add water until smooth. Should weigh around 200/300mls
