Pancakes 3 (SA3)

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Butter, salted
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Water, distilled
 ml Alpro growing up soya milk (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Plums, average, raw, flesh and skin

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, stir in egg and soya milk then mix well.
  2. Mix KetoCal and water into the mixture.
  3. Add oil to a frying pan and warm on medium heat.
  4. Cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve with plum.
