INGREDIENTS:**
g Avocado, average, flesh only
g Bananas, flesh only
g Butter, unsalted
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
ml Napolina Extra virgin olive oil (HCP added*)
Directions:

Add butter to a pan
Once melted, add weighed out beaten egg and scramble on low flame
Serve on to a plate ensuring to scrape all the butter from the pan
mash avocado with extra virgin olive oil and banana, serve on the side
Alternatively, you can mash the avocado with the extra virgin olive oil and serve the banana separately
