Strawberry Panna Cotta (MK)

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Strawberries, raw
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 ml Cream, double, Avonmore (HCP added*)
 g Creme Fraiche, Yeo Valley (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. Heat double cream, KetoCal LQ and creme fraiche until hot using a double saucepan or a basin standing in hot water.
  2. Place jelly in a bowl and add mixture, stir until smooth, add strawberries.
  3. Pour into a dish or mould and chill in fridge.
