4:1 Mitie scrambled eggs - IF 29/12/22

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Calogen Neutral
 g Onions, raw
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Butter, salted
 g Mixed herbs, dried
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

Directions:

  1. crack open 1 large egg, whisk it and weigh it out , 
  2. Whisk the weighed out egg white into a bowl along with weighed out calogen and double cream
  3. weigh out the butter and chopped onions
  4. Put the butter in the frying pan and put on medium heat. 
  5. Add the chopped onions and cook till softened
  6. Pour in the weighed egg mixture to the frying pan, mix to scramble on a low heat so the scrambled eggs become soft and not dry
  7. serve scrambled egg (making sure to scrape all the oil from the pan).
