Tuna and celeriac mash

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Celeriac, boiled in unsalted water
 ml Cream, double, Avonmore (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Tuna, flesh only, raw
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

Boil celeriac and allow to cool. Mash the celeriac with the double cream and butter. Pan fry the tuna in the oil and serve on top of the celeriac mash.
