INGREDIENTS:**
 g Chicken, light meat, roasted
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Potatoes, new, frozen, `roast' in corn oil
 g Peas, boiled in unsalted water
 g Bisto Reduced Salt Gravy Granules (beef) (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 weigh out the roast chicken.
2 cook veg till tender/soft.
3 weigh out the fluffy middle of roast potato.
mix gravy with hot water, and blend.
