Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive
 g Garlic puree
 g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Tomato puree
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents

Directions:

  1. Place olive oil, garlic puree, spring onion, mushroom and tomato puree in a pan and cook for 5 mins.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 mins.
  3. Stir in KetoCal until dissolved.
