2.5:1 mitie scrambled eggs - RG 22/1/24

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 ml MCT Oil
 g Oil, vegetable, average
 g Bananas, flesh only

Directions:

Heat a pan
Crack a whole egg and whisk it
Weigh out whisked egg
Weigh out banana
Whisk egg, banana and oil together
ladle one tablespoon at a time into the pan to make individual mini pancakes. 
Cook for 2 minutes on each side on medium/low heat
