3:1 crudite and mayo dip - RG 4/7/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml MCT Oil
 g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Mayonnaise, standard, retail
 g Protifar

Directions:

Boil carrots until tender
mix protifar and MCT oil into the mayonnaise
Serve alongside cooked carrots and sliced cucumber
