Sausage & Egg

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Wikinger hot dog 90g each (HCP added*)
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 ml K.Flo (Vitaflo) (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml MCT Oil
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 g Asda ketchup 50% reduced sugar salt (HCP added*)

Directions:

Mix the egg and k.flo with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Warm MCT oil in a pan and then add the egg mix.
Once a pancake starts to form top with the thinly sliced sausage.
Cook for approx 5 mins
Serve with knob of butter and mayo ketchup mix on the side
