2:1 Mitie scrambled eggs -LM 6/11/2023

INGREDIENTS:**
g Bananas, flesh only
g Oil, olive
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
Directions:
- crack open 1 large egg, whisk it and weigh it out.
- Whisk the weighed egg
- weigh out the oil
- Add oil to a pan and heat
- Pour in the weighed egg mixture to the frying pan, and mix to scramble on a low heat so the scrambled eggs become soft and not dry.
- Take off the heat
- Weigh out banana and mash
- serve scrambled egg (making sure to scrape all the oil from the pan), with banana on the side
Please note, these weights must be precise to control seizures.
