Cheese and Bacon Muffins 1:1 O.S

INGREDIENTS:**
 g fiber flour (HCP added*)
 g Butter, salted
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
 g Flour, plain (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Milk, semi-skimmed, pasteurised, average
 g Onions, raw
 g Bacon rashers, back, raw

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170C/gas mark 3.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and place in the mould. If the mixture is dry add a little water 
  3. Cook for 30 mins or until golden.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire tray.
