pumpkin soup

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Hovis Nimble Wholemeal (HCP added*)
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Stock cubes, vegetable
 g Oil, olive
 g Pumpkin, flesh only, raw
 g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)

Directions:

roast pumpkin in oil
fry spring onions
add stock cube and 100ml boiling water
add cream
blitz
toast bread and add butter
grate cheese on soup
