Cinnamon and Blueberry Toast

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Water, distilled
 g Butter, salted
 g Blueberries
 g Cinnamon, ground

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170C/gas mark 3.
  2. Mix KetoCal with cream, baking powder, egg, sweetener and water in a bowl.
  3. Melt butter and add to mixture.
  4. Chop the blueberries into small pieces, and add to mixture with a pinch of cinamon.
  5. Place mixture on sheet of baking powder.
  6. Spread out thinly in 6'' square.
  7. Cook for 8 mins or until golden brown.
