3:1 Mitie scrambled egg - MB 8/11/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Oil, vegetable, average
 g Bananas, flesh only
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

Directions:


Crack open and egg and whisk
Weigh out the desired amount 
Heat oil in a pan
once hot, add the egg mixture and cook on low so that the egg becomes soft and not rubbery
Once cooked, scrape contents into a plate. Make sure to scrape all the excess oil into the plate as well
Weigh out chopped banana
Serve scrambled eggs with chopped banana on the side.
