Stir fry prawns and veg

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Prawns, king, purchased cooked
 g Sweetcorn, kernels, raw
 g Rice, white, basmati, raw
 g Broccoli, green, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Tesco Sweet Mini Peppers (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Oil, vegetable, average
 g Macadamia nuts, salted
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw

Directions:

Boil rice in unsalted water 
Fry all veggies in oil 
Chop prawns and add to pan
Serve with the rice
Mix garlic with butter and serve on top with chopped nuts
