Granola

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Pecan nuts, kernel only
 g Oil, sunflower
 g Porridge oats, unfortified
 ml alpro coconut milk no sugars long life (HCP added*)
 g Almonds, flaked (HCP added*)
 g Flaxseed, Linwoods (HCP added*)
 g Blueberries

Directions:

Chop nuts 
Mix all dry ingredients together and lay flat on a baking sheet
Pour over oil
Roast in oven on 180 for about 10 minutes
Once cooked leave to cook slightly
Serve with coconut milk and blueberries
