INGREDIENTS:**
 g Coconut yoghurt, natural, Coconut Collaborative (HCP added*)
 g Raspberries, raw
 ml Calogen Neutral
 g Almonds, flaked and ground

Directions:

Weigh out all the ingredients
Mix Protifar into Calogen.
Mash raspberries
Mix all together with coconut yoghurt
