Blueberry muffin

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
g Baking powder
g Flour, white, self-raising (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Milk, semi-skimmed, pasteurised, average
g Blueberries
g Oil, olive
g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
g Bananas, flesh only
Directions:
Preheat oven to 170
Mix ketocal powder, baking powder and flour
Add egg, oil and ketocal liquid
Stir in blueberries
Pour into silicone mould
Bake for 30 mins
