smoothie/ ice-pops val m/f. snack

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Raspberries, frozen
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 add all the ingrediance to a goblet of a blender and whizz until smooth.
3 serve straight away or add into Lolly pop Moulds for an easy ice-pop.
