avocado bread

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Avocado, Hass, flesh only
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g fiber flour (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 blend everything together with a stick blender in a jug, or place into a processor and blend until smooth.
2 line a tray with baking paper and spoon mixture into 4inch circles smooth top with back of a spoon, (this recipe will make 3) 
3 bake at 170oc no fan, for 6/10 minutes until the top has set firm but not a lot of color.
4 cool then slice and fill with your choice of keto filling.
5 wrap each slice in plastic wrap and freeze until needed.
