Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:**
g Linwood cold milled flaxseed
g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
g Butter, salted
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Water, distilled
ml Oil, spray, Frylight (HCP added*)
g fiber flour (HCP added*)
ml Waldon Farm sugar free maple walnut/pancake syrup (HCP added*)
Directions:
- Melt butter, stir in egg and milk then mix well.
- Mix KetoCal, fibre flour and ground flaxseed and water into the mixture.
- Add spray oil to a frying pan and warm on medium heat.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Serve with sugar free maple syrup on top
