Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Linwood cold milled flaxseed
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Butter, salted
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Water, distilled
 ml Oil, spray, Frylight (HCP added*)
 g fiber flour (HCP added*)
 ml Waldon Farm sugar free maple walnut/pancake syrup (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, stir in egg and milk then mix well.
  2. Mix KetoCal, fibre flour and ground flaxseed and water into the mixture.
  3. Add spray oil to a frying pan and warm on medium heat.
  4. Cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve with sugar free maple syrup on top
