INGREDIENTS:**
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Raspberries, frozen
 g Bananas, flesh only

Directions:

1 blend everything together until smooth, stick blender or smoothie maker.
2 add ice if you need a thicker smoothie
