2:1 crudite snack- RL 29/4/24

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Peppers, capsicum, chilli, red, raw
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Black olives
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Feta
 g Tomatoes, cherry, raw

Directions:

Weigh out all ingredients
chop carrot, cucumber and red pepper into finger sized slices (tip: If needed, steam carrots till tender enough to bite)
Slice cherry tomatoes into quarters 
Slice olives into rings
Serve with mayo and feta
