2:1 yoghurt meal- RL 29/4/24

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Coconut yoghurt, natural, Coconut Collaborative (HCP added*)
 g Ella's kitchen mango mango mango (HCP added*)
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Bananas, flesh only

Directions:

Mash banana and mix with coconut yoghurt, mango mango and ground almonds
Whip double cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold in with other ingredients
Serve
(Hint: a carb free sweetener or Skinny Syrup can be used if more sweetness is desired)
