3.5:1 Courgette Puree - EF 7/5/2024

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cheese, Mascarpone
 g Courgette, raw
 g Butter, salted
 g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water

Directions:

  1. Finely grate courgette, then fry in butter in the frying pan.
  2. Measure out boiled brocolli and grate into the pan as well
  3. Cook for a few minutes on low
  4. Switch off the heat and mix in Mascarpone
  5. Blend and serve
