Mini banana pancakes

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Bananas, flesh only
 g Oil, olive
 ml Sainsbury's Double Cream (HCP added*)

Directions:

1. Mash banana with the back of a fork
2. Beat egg and mix in with banana and olive oil until well combined
3. Heat a non stick frying pan
4. Cook the mixture, one tbsp at a time
