 g Haddock, flesh only, raw
 g Pine nuts, kernel only
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Clotted Cream (Rodda's) (HCP added*)
 g Sainsbury's Frozen Summer Fruits (500g bag) (HCP added*)
 g Hartley's Sugar free jelly (HCP added*)

Directions:

Adjusted 23/11/24 to take out ketovie drink and replace with cream pudding.
